Task
copy linkThe task object contains a description of a task being processed or to be processed, possibly linked to an object in the project. Tasks can contain other tasks to divide up the main one. Tasks can also be shared between people working on the same project through the team works module. A task can be represented by the following icons:

Properties
Name: briefly describes the task to perform. It represents the caption for the task in the object tree of the project.
Description: describes the task to perform in detail.
User: the user who created the task. This is set automatically by In.de for public tasks in projects managed in team works.
Date and time: the date and time the task was created.
Priority: this property allows setting the task's priority to one of the following values: low, normal, urgent, or blocking.
Status: the status of the task, based on which some fields in the form may be hidden or read-only. The possible values are:
- Open: the activity is still to be performed.
- Processing: the task is being processed.
- Closed: the task has been performed.
Working notes: this property can be used to enter a note while the task is being processed.
User (working notes): the user responsible for the task. This is set automatically by In.de for public tasks in projects managed in team works.
Date and time (working notes): the date and time the task was created.
Processing time (working notes): the processing time of the task. The time is attributed to the task specified as active at a given moment.
Closing notes: this property can be used to enter a note after the task has been closed.
User (closing notes): the user who closed the task. This is set automatically by In.de for public tasks in projects managed in team works.
Date and time (closing notes): the date and time the task was closed.
Context menu
Make active: takes responsibility for the task and makes it active. The processing time will be assigned to this task.
Make non-active: makes the task non-active and closes it after user confirmation.
Close: closes the task.
Make public: specifies that the task should be managed by the team works system.
Make private: specifies that the task should not be managed by the team works system.
Add folder: adds a folder inside the task to better organize the objects in the task.
Add task: creates a sub-task that divides the main task into several steps.
Find derived objects: searches for all objects in the project derived from the task, including at multiple levels.
Find where used (object): searches for all points in the project where the task is directly referenced in any way.
Find where used (content): searches for all points in the project where the task or one of the objects it contains is directly referenced in any way.

copies the task instead of moving it.
Folder: moves the task into the target folder.
