List of fixes contained in update 24.5 r9 released on November 4 2024:

IDRE: Books in preview were not displayed on screen in offline applications if there was a VisualStyle associated with a span. Bug related to ticket 002145-2024.
INC: Numeric editable spans showed both the device keyboard and the number pad to enter the number. Bug related to ticket 002145-2024.
VELA: Panels inserted inside modal forms sometimes showed unexpected scrollbars in form layout. Bug related to ticket 002121-2024.
VELA: The application loading page always showed the "New Web Application" name rather than that of the application. Bug related to ticket 002180-2024.
FLUID: The tooltips set on the tabs of tabbed views were not displayed as rich tooltips. Bug related to ticket 002182-2024.
FLUID: When selected, docked forms hid the main forms. Bug related to ticket 002180-2024.
FLUID: The tree-specific Drag&Drop did not work if the generic Drag&Drop was also enabled at the same time. Bug related to ticket 002180-2024.
