IDE: Requesting component update confirmation | Confirmation of changes to a component version during library updates is no longer requested |
IDE: Static methods in menus | You can now use static methods linked to menu items |
IDE: Unions and smart lookups | The "2411" error message, introduced in version 22.5, is now a warning that requires explicit confirmation |
IDE: Adding fields to DISTINCT queries | If a field was added to a database table, queries with the DISTINCT flag might not have worked correctly |
IDRE: Editable span and number of rows | Now the system creates a single-row box if it contains an editable span (enabled) and that span is an integer or date, time, date/time type |
DBA: Postgres Stack Builder | If the Stack Builder tool was installed, ODBC drivers were installed that are not compatible with those used by Instant Developer |
DBA: Oracle and sorting | If data was displayed in DB panels and DO-oriented panels and the data was sorted, different sequences could occur from those on Oracle database |
PAN: Smart lookup and fields in writing | It is not possible to ask the system to list the panel fields that will be set automatically when the user selects a value from a smart lookup |
PAN: Methods added to IDPanel for value lists | Methods for handling value lists have been added to the IDPanel library |
PAN: Searches on header and QBEEmpty | If the listQBE property was set to HEADER or ROW from code, the QBEEmpty property was not turned off |
WEB: HiddenFrame properties added | The HiddenFrame properties have been added to books, charts, and trees |
MOB: Media queries updated for iPhone 15 | The media queries for mobile themes were updated to correctly support iPhone 15 in all its versions |
SYNC: CancelReason Property | The CancelReason property has been added to make it possible to instruct the client that it is synching the reason for canceling the connection |
CAR: Cache and online applications | Now online applications in the shell no longer use the shell cache; instead they use the web view (browser) cache |
CAR: Inspecting WebView on iOS | If using iOS 16.4, it was no longer possible to inspect web views of applications run in the native shell using the Safari browser and with the device connected to a Mac |
